Product Specification

The bamboo mat dryer is 4 section 3 deck jet ventilated 3.0 meters with Mat / curtain dryer - 2750 mm in band width, 8 meters in drying length, 1.25 meter cooling section, 1.2 meter feeding slide, 1.15 meter discharge side and 3400 mm in height. The dryer is fitted with propeller type high pressure dynamically balanced aluminum fans having jet nozzles for top and bottom of each deck throughout the length of the machine which is also equipped with latest type heating batteries and jet boxes. The machine is also perfectly insulated its side covering being insulated with heat resisting insulated layer 100 mm thick all round rendering the same absolutely leak proof so as to ensure optimum conservation and effective and uniform play of heat inside th machine as per design and complete with dynodrive gear box, motors, and other necessary accessories.

Motors required

1 no 7.5 HP 960 RPM motor for propeller
3 no 5.0 HP 960 RPM motor for propeller
1 no 3.0 HP 1440 RPM motor for dynodrive gear box,
1 no 2.0 HP 1440 RPM motor for cooling fan.
